Plant extraction laboratory
More than one thousand plants (whole plants or part of plants) are used as raw materials, which can be extracted and purified by Shanghai Yarong RE-3000A rotary evaporator. The extracts can be used for health promotion or other purposes. Its main active ingredients include alkaloids, flavonoids, polysaccharides, glycosides, organic acids, volatile oils and so on.
Physical and chemical testing room
The use of relevant laboratory instruments and equipment, for all kinds of cosmetics component content detection, in line with national regulations and standards, to ensure the health quality and safety of cosmetics.
Product experience room
The product experience room is equipped with makeup experience area, beauty area, hairdressing area, bath area and other experience areas to test the efficacy of newly developed products. In order to better trial the product, understand the use of the product, in order to constantly improve innovation, research and development of a series of high-quality, effective products.
Stimulation laboratory
The chicken embryo hair follicle test was used to evaluate the irritability of cosmetics on human skin. Physical and chemical testing mainly includes PH, viscosity, centrifugation, foam, active matter, stability and other tests. It is an essential basic test after product development, based on the whole process of cosmetics production, inspection and quality control.
Stability testing room
Moisture loss rate, black and red pigment, oil test, wrinkles, etc., you can clearly analyze the moisturizing, whitening and other functions of the product through the German CK skin detector. In addition, based on the suction and stretching principle of the detector, the skin can be detected by the transmitter and receiver of the probe, using MPA software to obtain the elasticity, moisture, gloss and other properties of the skin after using the product.
